做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
