做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
