做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
