做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
