做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
