做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
