做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
