做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
