做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
