做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
