做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
