做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
