做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
