做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
