做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
