做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
