做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
