做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
