做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
