做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
