做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
