做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
