做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
