做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
