做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
