做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
