做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
