做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
