做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
