做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。
