做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
