做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
