做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
