做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
