做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
