做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
