做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
