做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。
