做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
