做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
