做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
