做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
