做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
