做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
