做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
