做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
