做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
