做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
