做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
