做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
